Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch please contact us at support@shopvellor.com and we will investigate immediately.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@shopvellor.com if you need to amend your address before dispatch.
